Answer is NO. it is too old image to support IPTV!!!!!

before you change image, u need to find out is your receiver Genuine or Clone??
and if Clone , what is sim card inside ??
Then you need any new image for your receiver.

Stay away from open source as they cause green screen when playing youtube

Open PLi works for me nicely with IPTV, I do not run youtube on Dreambox.​
