box now shows nothing on tv

Hi i have just tried to put image tm-500-ur-14-08-2010 on my tm500.I used tcc vers6 to transfer the file and a null modem cable.I got invalid data protocol error message does anyone know what this means.I turned the box off at the rear switch and back on it now shows four dashes on the led after a delay and then 4914 after a delay but nothing on the tv.Is there a solution please

Hello mate

Try reflash again but this time use a genuine TM500 image. You have to be careful which file you flash to the 500 as there is a standard and super version.
