I have a PC running gbox for windows, all ports are forwarded correctly and everything works OK.
But I cant use the internal ip lan address from the IPBOX 9000 to the PC running the server. I have had to assign a dyndns address to the IPBOX and this works.

How can I make the internal IP work?

Router is a Netopia 3347.

Hi bigfoot007

sorry, i probably can't really help (don't even know your router) but can tell, how i get access:

i use filezilla for ftp and Fritz!Box (Router) with DHCP.
In the menu (Information) of the IPBOX 9000HD i then can look up the ip-adress given to the 9000HD.
In filezilla i use this adress as servername (ftp://ip-adress) and don't even have to adjust any settings. Port 21 is chosen automatically.

Before connecting, of course username and password must be typed into filezilla
(usually: root / ipbox or root/relook)

That should be all.

You can of course try ftp-connection with your browser as well
If you use http instead, you get connected to the IPBOX webinterface

Hope i was of some help
