Initializing usb stick

Im trying to setup flashexpander but i get a green crash screen.I think its because the stick is not been intialized properly.i normally use device manager plugin but pli4 has not got this plugin.I have tried also through hardrive options but it says something about blocks,I have formatted it in the pc to fat32 first .I have even tried to setup eparted,it partitions the drive but crashes on flashexpander plugin and has to be rebooted.Annoying thing is i have had this working before .Thanks

Hmmm not good ,been installing flashexpander all day when i should of been installing flash expander for pli only ...

if u r sure about proper format & initialized & mounted usb correctly u may need to download proper pli flashexpander from plugin browser that is specifically for openpli image from pli feeds u may download from plugins
