The IP9000HD has now been initializing for more than an hour, and it's a 250 gig disk. Is this normal..? The image is the latest from AAF.
Hi,
Hard disk usually take 5-10 mins . I guess you have put a new image on . This will take longer on the first boot up. I would just let it take its course and let it finished. I have found that a disk formate is required if you change image types . I had to do this on my last upgrade of an image change as I could not record with the new image .
Thanks! I restarted the process, and this time it went just fine. My only worry for now, is the noisy fan. In the dg-based images, I could turn the fan off, but I can't find this opportunity in AAF.
in applications then eehhhmmm vfw or something then on the bottem of the list you can find fan control.
