Incubus Camd on nlb

Hello guys,

I am trying to connect to a CCcam server with my cuberevo mini but I dont find incubuscamd file in /var/bin/ or var/etc/

I am using NLB 8421 image

Where should I put the config files?? Should I put IncubusCamd.sh4 somewhere??


Other question : to what kind of servers mbox and evocamd will connect: Gbox? Newcamd? other?

First you have to run incubus from green, and then you will see incubus conf and prio in var/keys!. Gbox and cccam lines you shuld write at the end of incubus conf in var/keys. But it does not workin well I can say that it works few minute and freeeeez big freez. Regards.

i am trying the same since i understand that incubus is the only client for IPBox9000 that connect to cccam. am i right?

i am running latest NLB r8611 and have a problem getting incubus started it seems.

for my nlb image i have the incubus files in /data and the .conf and .prio files in /var/keys folders.

when checking the panel (green) it says "ecm stopped" and the ecm info says something "...no ecm.info yet". even if i try to restart ecm it does not help.

i have read around for this "no ecm.info yet" and found something to edit in the incubus files but i am not really sure where in the file it should go..?

i would have hoped that, since nlb is including incubus in their image and many people are promoting incubus, it would at least start automatically without further settings when selected in the (green) panel as default.

...or maybe i am too much of a noob for this to understand. still i hope someone could maybe help me with getting incubus fired up to start with.

It didn't work neither for me.

I dont know if it is me (i did all the recommended configs) or cccam server configuration

For now I am using mgcamd, it works almost perfectly with newcamd servers.

M8 it not because your a newbie. I have the same problem with this image. I have spent over a hour trying to figure out why Incubus will not start when using panel via green button. It can work because in the past when using NLB images its been a case of killing mgcamd and starting Incubus but for some strange reason this time it will not work.

Guys if you are still stuck then FTP IncubusCamd.sh4 and conf and prio to /var/keys.

Then start with telnet.

Then if you look in panel it will say running and not stopped.
