--Kabel BW is adding two more HD channels to its line-up, Super RTL HD and Sky Atlantic HD, bringing the total of HD channels on the network to 43.
--Chellomedia’s Dutch premium channel Sport1 has acquired a sublicence from NOS to broadcast a number of Olympic sports live including tennis, basketball and beach volley.
--In Germany, Deutsche Telekom Entertain still hopers to acquire live Bundesliga football rights in a sub-licence from Sky D.
