i have no idea most likely a Test card i would imagine because thats whats showing right now anyways .

they are taking the mickey arent they broadcasting a test card in biss and then all the actual interesting stuff in Tandberg, there has to be a way to break this tandberg though.

Well IMG A Europe were decent enuff to broadcast every world cup game in Biss this summer so can hardly complain when they encrypt any EPL coverage in Tandberg i suppose since its nothing new or strange for them to do just that .
