I face a problem in DM800Hd pvr !

As i am newbi in DM800HD from Afghanistan.
I face a problem in my box:
Sometime it works fine and sometime it not works !

You need to explain the problem in detail mate does your box not turn on or other when you say sometimes not.

i say check your connection the internet is not very good over there
