How to use 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 BISS key?

In this section there is a key mentioned with all zeros.
When I place this in constant.cw (OScam r11326 on Enigma2) OScam doesn't even recognize the entry.

also tried:

Tried it in SoftCam.Key but the same problem.

If I replace the key for another key (f.e. 0100000100000000) then OScam sees the entry but off course no picture because of the wrong key.

Anyone a solution?

By the way the names of the other services are:
Service05 = Plus Plus (not Service06)
Service06, Service09, Service_10 test, Service_11 test & , Service_12 test = Bigudu
Service07 = Unian TV

Since when is this the configuration?

All my other keys are configured like this:
Code: 
caid:provid:sid:pmtpid:ecmpid:[vpid]:key

With your configuration it doesn't work (tested).

Why you with oscam not use SofCam.Key but constant.cw

not only for Feed. +- all feeds use identic SID and VideoPid and with SoftCam.Key works only one feed who is a first in softcam list. Same with regular channels if channels have identic SID also works only one in softcam list who is a first, but if you add VPID OOOO works both ;)

but if you add VPID OOOO works both ;)

One of many examples:
Red color is channel Video Pid.
With ecm PID 1FFF always in softcam works who is first in softcam file. To work all channels need to add ecm place VideoPid.
