how to upgrade?

Hi,may someone help me how to upgrade the receiver with the given firmware. I have a starsat and after connecting when I open the file it shows "wrong firmware". Can any one help. Thankyou

So you are using wrong firms.First you have to know what type of chip your box have,C or B.Then select the firmwares from the above stickies.

Please kindly inform me on the detailed process (step-by-step) of upgrading the softwares of Echolink 3020 IR. My system has just gone blank, except the free channels and I noticed there is a new software. This is my first time of attempting to upgrade. Thanks

Have you turned the patch back on?

Press the menu button and then slowly 20 20. You should then see a message Enabled or Disabled you need it on Enable.

DigiTV should clear with latest patch with Patch turned on.
