how to update tranponders?

Hi i want to update the satellite.xml file but i don't know how to do it or what program to use.

use Dreamset & upload new chs settings(comes with new xml) eg: vannibal e2 settings & restart e2

For sat.xml all you need to do is use ftp program and send it to etc/tuxbox
