How To Update Starsat X190D Super receiver ?

hi all

i've a Starsat X190D Super receiver & i know that it's last patch for upgrading was dated 14th Feb 2008 but i wanted to update channel keys & i'm totally a Newbie in Receiver field.would you please guide me which steps & what softwares are needed for me .if you have any document or link please let me know.
