how to update dm 500 with daily keys

i am a novice dm 500 user, i flsahed gemini latest software, followed some tips from this site but cant seem to find out how to load keys, i downloaded predrag25.3.08, but dont know how to load them,any help please,new to this:confused:

You just ftp key files to /var/keys folder on your dreambox using any ftp tool.

i have downloaded latest gemini 4.31,tried to ftp files into dm500, still blank screen except fta channels of course, do i need to install enigma also?

You need to have some emu installed to be able to have some use of keys. You can install them from addons menu by choosing cams.

where you find the Crontab_Keys_Update ? and how to use it once you got it.
My experience with keys, seems to choose N pick. I had to use mguard 1.29 for most channel to "unlock" but yet some channel after shown the key value I still get a blank page.
Anyone can help?

how to deal with softcam.ket & autoroll.key from Cam Emu need in /var/key

I am not sure how to copy different Cam's softcam.key & autoroll.key into the same /var/key.

CCcam or MGcamd latest should open whats available.

for keys just ftp them to var/keys
if its the full dreambox keys there are folders in it scce/keys, so when you ftp them the keys in scce folder goes to var/scce and the keys in keys folder go to var/keys.

i've installed mgcamd 1.29a without newcs and uploaded the latest keys but it's not working... do I have to set 755 to all keys files? do i have to configure something?

i've installed cccam 2.0.8, updated the keys but still can't see s*x view or mc*... what's wrong? Can a C: line be the problem? (edit: no.. tested)

here is my cccam.cfg:
SOFTKEY FILE : /var/keys/SoftCam.Key
AUTOROLL FILE : /var/keys/AutoRoll.Key
STATIC CW FILE : /var/keys/constant.cw

C: ....

i've checked and the files are in the right path...

Keys are uploaded Today, 12:44 PM from predrag.

sex view or mct... no works any more..it was so..no long time ago...but no more,you late my friend.

Or you know more about that.
