how to install a new skin with .rar ending

I already asked the question, but can´t find the thread

can someone help;

I downloade some new skins from ramiMaher

the ending is .rar

wwhat directory is this rar file copied to ?
what is the linux command to install this skin ?

the offline install does not work, or should I rather says probablly looks at a specific location of the file

what is the directory to copy to for install via menu

Unrar the file and tell us if you have a tar.gz format or ipk

it just has a folder/file structure
