How to decode NERIT Channels Eutelsat 3.1°E

I would like to decode NERIT Channels Eutelsat 3.1°E 12734 V 16750 but these channels look like FTA after scanning this satellite.

I am using DVBDream with Vplug emu but i am not able to enter BISS key for decoding. Vplug emu detects these channels like FTA!!!

try nwemu or mdplug :)

or dcwbiss plugin
