Help with SoftCAM(ControlWord) for AyngaranTV 13E (Hotbird), Picture Work but No Sound

i have found a key, with some channels on, but it shows that the key work (on the v its green).

i dont know how to use softcam keys with cccam 2.1.4???
it's shows the that it work, but theres no sounds/video

Someone there can help what the problem could be?

Try it without encryption emu turned on mate channel picture is fta and not opened by keys. And there are no active control words for the audio at the moment.

where can i get the vplug, sorry im new to this , can i download it direct from GP?

you mean that i should not use cccam?, so i just need to set it to "common interface"?

i found a softcamkey with the channel Ayngaran TV 13 HB, but its shows the green color on the V icon, but no sound

no I mean the channel you are talking about Picture is FTA Free To Air NOT ENCRYPTED.

Only Audio Encrypted and there are NO KEYS for this at the moment as Control words are changing normally.

If you look at the keys section and then the constant control word section you will see quite clearly that the keys for this channel are down (and the thread is also closed to indicate keys are down).

And have you tried watching the channel without any keys installed - Picture is Free to Air no keys required how many times must I tell you? Although I don't know why it turns green.....over to other members

yes i know that i can view the picture, without the keys.
But i am wondering when i put the keys into the DM, and then it shows a green color on the v icon.
