Help with Sifteam r8264

Two questions:

Trying to load the plug-ins for CI slots get notice
'Caricamento in Corso' which I guess means loading in progress.
If it hangs, could be that my net connection is not working,right? When I exit from this mode box goes to panic.
Could someone tell me what to check ?

Second: as a newbie I get the impression that Sifteam is ahead of the curve in functionality ( though I can't see how with a 15MB image instead of the 30 MB average from abcom. Some comments in this forum indicate bugs in r8264. Which is the previous version which is the most stable if I drop back ?

@TerD,

1) Check your network connection

2) The previous version (that is more stable at my opinion) for SifTeam images is SifTeam-0.1.8-r8264. Look here --> http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=89282
