I thought to get TV Vlaanderen working you needed a MOSC Card? (Modified Original Smart Card) [Seca Public Keys]. Or Gamma Card/Diablo CAM etc [Irdeto Non-Public Keys]. Or with Official Card/Card Sharing.

You mention unlooper, is this anything to do with MOSC cards?
