download cccam from your remote depending on your image, then with an ftp prog like dreambox control center, ftp to var/etc and edit your cccam.cfg file by just pasting your c: line inside it save it, then restart your cam.

you can also use the tuxbox commander plugin, avaible at plugin list. It is a file menager plugin, you can navigate into your dreambox and can write cline at cccam.cfg using remote control.
