Help Please With TSmedia update failed check tmp / TSmedia/update log ?

I have always updated on the vu+duo TSmedia update using the green button on the remote and it has always restarted after update with no trouble ,but yesterday I tried updating to 7.4 .But it didn't update it came up with this error - TSmedia update failed check tmp / TSmedia/update log .What do I have to do please to fix it.

How did you update through TSmedia or new install via telnet ? I recommend the later .

Tsmedia tools/ software/ update/ In the Tsmedia menu on the box,is that how it should be done mate.

FTP the full version to the tmp folder

And then in telnet via dcc run this command

opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
