Hello peeps..

Just changed my dish due to wind damge kill my last one.. now I cant get signal... to top it all off the little one has been playing with the remote. The dish has been put up with a 4 way lnb which is turned to number 3. Now when I try to re scan I get tuner not configured.? What has the little bugger done? Its a Duo plus running black hole1.6.2

Just a thought... is the 4 way lnb designed for sky have certain cable points.. ie the first and second connection slots for sky only.. hence no signal with the vu?

what sats have you been viewing can you get any picture or is there no signal at all

if you know what sat its pointed at just try and set it up in the tuner as a single sat and see if there is any signal then,

hi peeps.. up date.

re aligned the dish using a sat finder.. was slightly out. so secured into position and doubled checked. job done so I thought.!
gets back inside and reboots the system and reloads channel list. checked service and working a treat. :thum: Happy days.

Turned on the duo this morning to find no channels again.. so off I go again up the ladder to check satellite position once more. Now I can't get power to the lnb to check the alignment. Rechecked the working settings at the box and noticed it can't find the satellite anymore. Had a play about and found if I reboot the imagine I get power back to the lnb for a short while then it goes off... any ideas.?

Some kind of Economy power setting of the box may be?
