help me with my dreambox 500s

hello , i have a dreambox 500s ,when i power on and connect all cable doesnt screen anything just blue color ,,
when i power on it appear the light on dreambox but on tv nothing ,,,
it doesnt appear the gemini image on tv that happen on normaly dreambox ,,,
what to do please help me ,,,???

try flashing it with dreamup and a serial null modem cable

if its not loading it could be a bad flash so reflash it like i said above
