Help for SR 2000 HD ACE

Good day, I have a SR 2000 HD ACE with SW 1:44. I just can not update via USB as well as Manuel with ALI_RS232_LOADER_UPDATE_V1.2.0. Now, even off server in WWW folder. Can you please help me? Is there any software to remove the whole or force update or factory setting? What can I do? Thank you for your Help

pl dawenlod last fremwer and extrat to usb felash next go by remot cobtrol select bothon usb clik ok saftware and whit a minots your resiver is ok
