help cloud ibox2 plus when shutting down i gets stuck

so anyone who can help me i cant shut my box down i got your box shutting down please wait but it never shuts down i need to turn it off from the bottom on the back of the box. and starting the box from the buttom fo the box

tried bh and openaatv openvix both. sometimes it shuts down but all the time it dosent just stuck.

also i cant power the box on from the remote controll
