Whats the best image to use that has emu manager and stuff?

Hello.I have a vu+ ultimo device and I do not know what to do exactly to flash it.I put the black hole 1.7.4 parallel image but nothing happend.is there any procedure that I have to follow before this step.please I need someone to guide me.
