Hello from Arizona USA,
I am new to the Satellite Arena, as far as DVB anyway.
As such, I need some pointers for a few things. Firstly, my equipment consists of:

Winegard DS2076 76 cm, Startec 76 cm
SG2100 (Has the 'Made in Taiwan' stamp)
TBS®6928SE PCIE DVBS2 Card (No Cams Yet)
Linux LTS Server (card works with the TBS dvrs on this OS ok)
Windows 10 Workstation (card works on this OS too)
Davey 4X1 DISEqC Switch
X2 HD Universal Quad LNB
Strong SRTL718HD LNB X 2
4 LNB Mount for the Startec (not yet installed)
Winegard Satellite Finder
I use ProgFinder, TBS Viewer and SmartDVB software

I need help with employing the CI interface on the Tuner card and
determining if I can employ a Cam Emulator on the OS instead.
