Can someone post the last update of that great skin, please?

Thanks To Shamann
- added detection of DGCrypt (after restore icons type will be set to default type 1, so after update and autorestore you must download icons and previews and then set/select your prefered icons type)
- added download picon white in download menu
- added new style 3
- added screen 18, 19,20
- fix channel selection type 2,4
- added option set style to screen and edit color of title in style
- icons and previews in download are updated
