Hard disk of 2 TB in DM8000

Would somebody tell me if I can use hdd of 2 TB size in DM8000? I have read somewhere that the size is not limitted, however I have to be sure before I buy it and put it in. At the moment I have a hdd of 1 TB in, working with no problem, but it´s full of recordings and would like to replace it with a 2 TB one.

I have a 2TB WD EADS in mine,
works fine but had to create the folders on disk manually.

Is it internal or external hdd? I´ve never had to create folders on internal hard disks, only formatting was neccessary. Or is it the 2 TB size that requires creating folders?

Its internal, did not have the same problem with 1TB disk.
Tried 3 images, all failed to construct folders after formatting.

Will you, please tell me if it is possible to connect an external

HDD in the USB 2.0. I have a external HDD 300G. and it works in the

external sata. Tomorrow I will receive a Extremebox but I see that

it has no external sata.

I have a DM 800HD.
