hacked or?

using VU plus duo with ferret image
someone hacked my receiver, and put user name and password
in F line in my cccam.cfg file,
and now I cannot update settings or what ever plugin I download
How could someone ftp or telnet open my receiver, before I've changed the password..

There are plugins and programs now available which will reset the password on your enigma 2 boxes all they nned is your IP which they will have if you share with them.

As far as im aware the last backup image i made had no password so if you did not change the pass it would of been very easy for them.

You should always change your user and pass credentials or this is what happens. If using the BH image you can download a script called password changer and make your new credentials strong ie hex format.
