witch receiver did you have & you must use the right firmware for the STB by the wrong firmware or if not well fix you cant repair the remote controll all the problem is about the firmware not remote

witch receiver did you have & you must use the right firmware for the STB by the wrong firmware or if not well fix you cant repair the remote controll all the problem is about the firmware not remote

it is ALI3329C FTA Globo/Truman


old firmware was ok, but after the new Loader, remote control buttons "changed"
for example- red button "works as blue", Menu now is the TV/Radio changer button, there is no Exit button any more and etc......

yesterday I downloaded the last SW v1.3.21

and remote problem is not fixed, plus the display does not show the time in Standby mode.....only red led is on.....(this problem also was before, but then fixed.....now it is back again....)




I heard that the program - ALI universal Fixer can fix it, but I can't do it.....
