From many parts I read that all sports (f1-motogp etc.) may be encoded in a few years on the Astra 19.2E satellite.
In Germany I think I read that there is a law which says that all the sports broadcast on free television should not be encoded on the satellite, this is in contrast with a European law which regulates the sale of television rights.
You tell me what will happen??

Italian I have a chance to find on the internet?
In Germany you pay the rent?

Haven't heard about possible encryptions on the German channels, but it's unlikely. This means almost all the Germans must change their decoder (almost all of them are FTA without the possibilities for a CAM). ProSiebenSAT1 once thought about encryption, but if they did they would lose too much viewers :)
