There are broadcasts to South America that are identified as "Director" which are actually identified by plugins like Vplug as G.I. (General Instruments - Motorola). The transmissions encoded in Tandberg are also identified as "Director" and have already been broken. What information would be needed to start a study that would come to fruition?
