funcard locked atmel

i have a funcard 5 when i program it using my cas3 it says locked atmel and the it fails.
erase OK
read OK
write KO.
can i solve ? how ?
i read that exist a winexplorer script to unlock....

Cas Studio without Funcard start.

Then: Smart Card / prog / Insert card and /? (Realize hook with AVR, PIC, EXTERNAL EEPROMM)

Click detect

Then: select this card and confirm

Then: Delete / CPU

Then: Delete / EXTERNAL EEPROM

cas after detect says: atmel locked! i can delete cpu and eprom but after i cannot to program it.
this is a funcard5 (512K)
