Can I open the HD channels with it on my dreambox with oscam (TF1 HD etc.) or is it for SD only? Thanks.

If you have the correct HD Sur Encryption (Often referred to as AES Keys) Keys in your Oscam config then you should be able to open the HD channels.

But as far as I know new HD AES Key is not yet public, so for the time being use the FTA HD channels on 9°E [Eutelsat 9A] 12034.00V SR 27500 FEC 3/4, TF1 HD, M6 HD, W9 HD are FTA there.
