Front LED Display of DM800seHD does not work!

Check that you have not dislodged the connector to the dream display.
Also check the display settings in setup menue and increase intensity.
Last test, remove the HD cable and see if the display will com back.
You can take also the unit to the supplier to make sure that your box has the correct voltage output from the power supply.

Also make sure that when you closed the front case that center piece of metal is properly inserted in its holder when you closed the front panel. I had to lift off the two plastic catches from the front display (when you open the box) to be able to take off the HD metal box Bay and insert the Hard Drive in it,then two screws are inserted directly to the Bay to hold the HD in place and the other two when you insert the Bay with the Hard Drive in it (making sure that the Terminal Jack connection is properly inserted)and then fasting the two screw to the Outside of the Bay. Then finally slid the two plastic catches in place making sure that the center piece of metal is properly located in its place.
