Freezing

Frames are freezing every few seconds, on a sunray dm800sr4 hd box..could this be a busy server? low bandwith ..even though my android box streams perfectly...

Busy server 9 out of 10 times or your network is busy with uploads or downloads.

Is there an easy way to check how busy a server is?

Not really other than you can tell by the freezing
