Added the info in your post to lamedb and key to oscam.keys and running oscam1856 film 4+1 opens on my VU+ Solo SE with VIX Apollo image.

then why won't it work on mine i am running openpli 4 i have checked everything and still wont work.. i need to change my image to vix.. anyone got a vix image with 27.5 set up for my solo2 please..
this openpli4 has been a nightmare.

I'm afraid if you have not succeeded on OpenPLi you will not succeed on VIX either.
There is no difference as regards 27.5W handling.
You must be doing something wrong.
If you scanned 27.5W it might have changed your lamedb file.
Are all other 27.5W channels working OK for you?

yep everything is the same i haven't scanned at all nothing has changed but the image crashes won't restart cam if anything happens it has to be done manually..I didn't do this image unfortunately i am not clever enough to do one myself much as i would like to if i were to try to do a Vix what files would i need to transfer to get it to work again. other than lamedb. oscam.keys??

There is not a Open Pli image for the Solo SE so cant check, but if other channels on 27.5w open for you, so should Film4+1

Confirm they are opening.

Use Dreambox Control Centre or equivalent for its telnet and file edit features.
After stopping enigma (init 4) past in you data into lamedb

Ensure that any other data referencing Film4+1 does not exist to conflict (search for Film4+1 in lamedb).

Restart enigma (init 3)

Edit oscam.keys file to add line for Film4+1.

I used the following format for the line

F 00014F801D4D 00 D5XXXXXXXXXXXX62 ;FILM 4+1 (key as other channels)

Restart your EMU and channel should open.

If you do that, make sure you send us the lamedb straight from your STB and not the one you edited on your PC.
By the way, have you restarted your oscam_ymod after editing the key file?

yes i will and i have to restart my oscam for everything it wont start automatically i cannot find where to the attach the files

Tested radicaldoc lamedb and oscam.keys files in my Solo SE and Film4+1 opens OK. So it looks like these files are not the issue.
I am using VIX and he is using OpenPLI so it should work.

radicaldoc reconfirm other channels on 27.5W open

Looks like radicaldoc has now correctly named his lamedb and oscam.keys files after my advice and film4+1 is now opening.

Looking at radicaldoc original post changing the service type from 1 to 22 prevents background scanning (if enabled) scanning in a second Film4+1. Adding the channels Card ID (caid) (C:2600) allows the display of key type and EMU method used, if your skin supports this.
