Ferrari DM800 HD PVR dead ... please help

During uploading cccam config file through network, my dream shutdown and the red led flashing.
I try to flashing the image by dreamup and the new image successfully flashed but the problem still present.
I notice the network card lights always lightning and I can't discover the IP the dream take.

Please guide me to solve my problem.

So no front Display ?

Could be a weak psu try another if not then i suspect the CPU is dead.
