Ferguson fk-1000 problem EEP1

Anyone help
I have a ferguson Fk-1000 with "EEP1" on the front panel.
Receiver will not work.Can anyone help fix it?

I have same problem, but can't connect to FK1000. I get msg at "serial port probe error" have tried on Vista, 7 and Xp. Same result every time. Have tried with USB to DB9M and with DB9F to DB9F nullmodem, can't connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Ferguson are not answering mails or telephone.

I have the same problem and tried everything...shoiuld have bought the Humax, me thinks...anybody got any tips on how to download this software?
