F line sharing problems with cccam

good evening everyone, I hope I explain the problem well, I used google translator

I receive a card from a friend, in my C I have his DNS... in case of problems with his DNS, it clearly works even if I enter his IP... I give the same card to a friend on F, he does NOT have a DNS since he doesn't have to pass anything on to anyone, he draws from me who has a DNS, even in this case if he replaces his C with my IP it works... since yesterday he hasn't seen me anymore, not even if he enters my IP in his C, my DNS responds and is active, if I type it in one of the sites that show which IP has a certain DNS it returns the IP, so that shouldn't be the one cause... I checked everything, modem and its configuration, network configuration of the decoder and CCCAM, I restarted the modem and decoder several times... the problem remains... the only change was about ten days ago, I switched from FTTC fiber to FTTH fiber, no changes to the modem settings... the only change was the activation of the WAN port, mandatory to be able to connect ONT to the modem... but in the following days when I checked server, client etc... from cccam with a specific plugin on the decoder I saw my friend fishing, therefore also this shouldn't be the cause of the problem... I don't know what to think anymore... do you have any advice?

thanks again to all of you and have a good evening

Have you checked your routers firewall rules to see if that port is open? I once saw as well that a customer of bt could not get sharing to work as they blocked the port for security reasons.
