Error1 CA not found DM8000

I got a big problem. After I installing in flash a nabilo image I got the message on dm8000 display "Error1 CA not Found".
I can't do nothing. My Notebook running windows7 and don't have COM port to use dreamup. Please let me know your advise about.
The Dm8000 is original.

Very strange to see that error on a real 8000. Are you sure its not a clone?

The only way you can recover this is with Null cable and Dreamup, i see you don't have a com port maybe you can take your 800 to a friends that does have a com port on his PC.

Or you can but pcmcia to com/rs232 card for your note book if it has the pcmcia slot.

An USB to serial cabel + a null model cable will work to.

But if you have purchased the DM8000 as an original I think that you should return it and buy a new one from another dealer...

My dm8000 alive again. I used dreamup and restore the boot and installed image. About clone is false. I checked with plugin Genuine Dreambox and Authenticity test in Dream-multimedia.

i have same problem i have a null modem cable, but when i use it it doesnt work on the dream box any advice how to get my box up and running again many thanks

I went to my friend home with a pen (with DREAMUP_1_3_3_6 and last official image and the last gemini2 5.1), and my dm8000 original.
My friend has a old PC with XP, I connect the null modem cable, load DREAMUP, select Com1, and following the screens,select the gemini2 image and waiting to the end of processing.
Before you selecting the image you can see the IP in the dream display (For me it was the best moment).
