Err1 - Ipbox 9000HD

I have currently cuberevo image,I want to install a new image (AAF_MediaCenter_Spring_ipbox9000_FLASH_FIX) procedure starts and remains in Err1

Can someone help me for this problem.

Download :AAF_MediaCenter_Spring_ipbox9000_USB-UPDATE_FIX
, the flash_fix is only if you have the image already in flash
