EPG problem

hi all

I am using Bh latest image REV C.
using Rytec server to download epg
blue-red-yellow
it use to work fine with few hickups here/there
but for pass week just donot down load the epg.

any thoughts

I had problems also with BH I moved over to VIX it has much better epg then BH

what is vix please?

does it work on dm800pvr clone?

Vix is an image image also called OpenVix

And its Official image only don't think it will be on cloned boxes sorry..
