A new grab binary is out! Thanks to the developer. 
So his code is much faster than my.
With this new grab I don't need to make a selection 
between hd skin or no hd skin.
You don't have to think about new grab is already into your image, 
I ftp it to your box to /tmp and execute it with the tool.
