I am trying to upgrade the Enigma2 on my Nab BH.12 image and i have tried to change the enigma2 & enigma2.sh files in the \usr\bin directory only. I tried both 2.6 and 2.7 and in both cases the error below is reported on the console.

If i change them back to the files that came with the image, the error is no longer there.
I note that Nabilo Hyperspace uses a later enigma2 version, but doesn't have a problem (i suspect because the functionality of the information page with the gauges has been removed).
any ideas?
