End Piracy of Canal + France in the Maghreb

Canal + France can no longer be viewed as illegal in North Africa after the proliferation of pirate smart cards that had flooded the Algerian market at a price of just 2500 AD, about 25 euros.
This plastic card also allowed access to the signal of multi-channel platform CanalSat France on Astra (19.2 ° East), including movie channels and Ciné Cinéma.
