There are no emus provided on DGS images. You have to download them yourself from http://mypanel.site90.net/DGS/ALL-ADDONS/
If you want to use cccam as a client then Oscam Stapi is recommended. Other images such as the latest Sifteam DGS images can download emus if you replace the url2 file appropriately.
Emus go in /var/bin and keys and config files go in either /var/keys or(for oscam) /var/etc/oscam.
