E2 PKT 0.7.5 Stuck on statup

Can you confirm that you have installed the image on USB for multiboot ?
Sifteam image and multiboot installed
e2 pkt 0.7.5 istalled for on usb for usb stick
loading starts when i press 3, then wait 3 min pkt boot screen comes up, and then stuck on Swap Bulding.
Installing using e2 install utility.
trying to install now manually via telnet....
will see

sorry misstype, i was pressing 2.
could not install via e2 installer
seems ok installed manually, but took about 1hr
