[dvbdream+twinhan1020+windows8] Signal OK, lack of programs

I struggle with a problem already the present day. Namely, I bought a new computer: MSI b75ma-e33, Intel ® Pentium ® Processor G2030 and other components. I think the problem lies in the motherboard, but how to solve it I have no idea.

Namely, after installing Windows 8 (64 bit) 1020 Twinhan card is working properly:

The signal is good, the programs are searched without a problem. Unfortunately, after the first restart, there is some problem that I do not know how to solve. The signal is again, but all programs from the list does not work anymore. Channel scan also shows the quality of the signal but the program can not find any channels.

I would add that the old equipment (Abit KN9), and the same system, everything worked as it should. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Try to electrically separate dvb-t or cable tv from satellite.Ground-breaker-5-1000mhz
